Lead time is the amount of time required to process your confirmed order and prepare the product for domestic shipment.
This period excludes the domestic transit time, which is the time the package spends traveling to you after it leaves our local facility. Transit time is determined by the specific shipping carrier and method you select at checkout.
Currently, we ship exclusively within Canada.
If the Free Shipping option is available at checkout, your address is highly likely to be eligible for the service.
However, because conventional freight can be difficult to deliver to certain remote or sparsely populated areas, we reserve the right to review the shipping address and subsequently cancel the Free Shipping service if necessary.
Should this situation arise, you will be given the option to pay the actual domestic shipping costs, or you may choose to cancel your order and receive a full refund. We make every effort to avoid this from happening.
It depends. Sometimes it’s significantly slower than paid domestic methods, and sometimes, free shipping is not that much slower than paid domestic shipping methods.
If you choose Free Shipping, your order will be shipped directly to your delivery address via ocean freight from overseas. This process is subject to variable ocean transit times, which typically range from 40 to 60 days and may take longer in some cases. These timelines are influenced by long-distance maritime shipping schedules and are outside of our control.
In contrast, if you select a paid domestic shipping method for an in-stock item, your order will be dispatched from our local facility. The delivery time will then be based strictly on the transit timeframe provided by the carrier you selected at checkout, making it considerably faster than international ocean freight.
If your item is on backorder, the typical free shipping duration is usually incorporated into the item’s stated lead time; therefore, the total delivery time for a backordered item may be closer to the delivery time of other local shipping methods.
Since we currently only sell and ship our products within Canada, customers are not responsible for import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. We cover all these costs.
Our warehouse facility is located in the Toronto area, Ontario.
Currently, we do not offer an open Local Pickup service to the public. All orders are processed for shipping only.
However, if you have a special circumstance or urgent need for local retrieval, please contact us directly before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests where possible.
The total packing specifications depend on the specific CNC machine model and configuration you order.
For a complete machine, the shipment will be packaged across 5 to 7 carton boxes.
- Total Number of Boxes: 5–7 cartons, depending on the model.
- Maximum Individual Weight: To facilitate handling, each carton weighs less than 21 kg (46 lbs).
- Total Shipment Weight: The total weight of the entire shipment ranges from 96 kg to 138 kg (approximately 212 lbs to 304 lbs), varying based on the specific components included.
The warranty is valid for twelve (12) months (one year), beginning from the original date you received the machine.
The warranty covers the primary electronic and hardware components of your machine against defects in materials or workmanship. However, it does not cover consumable items—parts that are designed to wear out or be used up—such as cutting tools, bits, or drills.
We will either send you new or refurbished replacement parts to install, or, at our sole discretion, we may ask you to return the product to our designated address for repair or replacement service.
Yes, the warranty is transferable. If the machine is resold within the original 12-month period, the warranty transfers to the new owner, provided the original proof of purchase is presented.
Any part repaired or replaced under warranty receives an additional warranty period of 90 days, or the remainder of the original 12-month warranty, whichever provides the longest coverage.
After the 12-month warranty ends, we continues to provide repair parts for purchase. Customers may install the parts themselves or request that we perform the repair service. Service fees will apply.
